ADO-Tool(labview下面用的数据库操作免费工具包)

因为看到有朋友不断在找一些免费的labview数据库工具包，这里贴二个版本出来，希望对需要的朋友有用！这个是国外的高手写的labview数据库工具包ado-tool，里面有安装方法；

有二个版本，一个是ado-1.7.1 for labview8.x;
另一个是ado-tool 1.5.2 for labview7.1

Setup: Close LabVIEW, extract the ZIP-File and drag the ADO-Tool folder to your vi.lib/addons/ folder, e.g. C:\Programm Files\National Instruments\LabVIEW 8.2\vi.lib\addons\ - depending on the directory of your LabVIEW installation. After that it should look like this, maybe you'll have to create the "addons" folder, if it does not exist.


Update: delete the complete ADO-Tool folder and drag the new ADO-Tool folder into the the addons folder
Note: if you have edited the palette set, your settings are stored in your "my Files\LabVIEW Data\8.2\Palettes\vi.lib\addons\ADO-Tool folder. You have to delete the *.mnu-file, to see the default palette set.

ADO-Tool 1.7.1 for LabVIEW 8.2.x (current version)
ADO-Tool 1.5.2 for LabVIEW 7.1.x (current version- no further development!)
ADO-Tool 1.5.2 for LabVIEW 8.x (current version - no further development!t)

凭俺至少18年的数据库功底应该不会输得很掺~~~

在会使用工具包之后，更应该做的是能去明白那些工具包背后的原理细节，别光会用就可以了，知其然而不知其所以然，对搞技术来说，是很可怕的一件事情。
举个简单的例子，现在的工具包，只是对一些常见的功能做了封装而已，当你需要一个比较特殊的应用的时候，你还是需要从activex那个根开始，所以，去熟悉下microsoft的ado模型是很必要的。office工具包也是如此。

有点奇怪：在我的LV8.5中，1.5.2版可以用，1.7.1版却报错了，好象少了什么 to Varaint函数。不知有其他朋友出现这样的情况吗？

按里面的一个我写的TXT去做，拷贝相应的目录就不是问号的！好运！
