所有电磁阀供电故障

故障码中所涉及的电磁阀阀,是指ABS控制模块总成中的各制动分水排污泵管路的进、排油高压电磁阀,根据故障内容含义.很直观地就能想到最大的可能性是电源方面出了问题。打开发动机舱左后方的保险丝盒盖.对ABS电控系统的10、22、34号保险丝进行测量.正常。另外,在保险丝盒内.还有众多的继电器.其中有两个标有ABS记号,估计是ABS液压气动隔膜泵排污泵和电磁阀所用。经过初步检查得知.灰色的为ABS液压气动隔膜泵排污泵继电器,红色的为ABS电磁阀继电器.是一种最常见的ABS系统的供电方式。打开红色的电磁阀继电器外壳.查看里面的触点开关状况.没有烧蚀迹象,测量控制线圈阻值为90Ω,在标准范围内。将电磁阀阀继电器插回,打开点火开关.此时可看到继电器触点吸合O5s后断开,这说明ABS控制模块对继电器有所控制,至于吸合后为何又弹开,应该是系统监测到电路故障后的失效保护功能。接下来的检测工作.就是耍对继电器的电源输出状况进行测量。ABS控制模块位于真空助力器下方,整个液压单元只使用了一个圆形线束插头,其中包括了液压气动隔膜泵排污泵和电磁阀等电气元件线路。拧开插头.可看到为12针形式。为了找到插头中高压电磁阀继电器供电所用的针脚,采用按住电磁阀继电器触点的方法,再利用试灯对插头各针脚进行测量和识别.结果测得第3号为高压电磁阀供电针脚。接着打开点火开关进行试验,可看到试灯亮O.5s后熄灭.说明继电器供电正确到达控制模块的线束插头。至此.已基本能够确定故障在控制模块内部。
