如何实时监控一个文件的变化

I have a file that generate by another program, The program will add more content to this file. So my question is , When this file have been changed, how labview program can be informed and catch out the difference before the old files.
  In another word, when the file have been udpated, I need the update content ,but the original content is not necessary to deal with. Then I can start to deal with the new-adding part.

要看你那个文件的格式吧,如果是普通的TXT文件,你可以一个字符一个字符比较,如果是二进制文件那就没有办法了哦.
